Earlier this month the annual Roosevelt High School Homecoming Parade was held in the Town of Roosevelt and the Grand Marshal this year was our very own co-founder and trustee Lillian Coggins- Watson.
Mrs. Coggins – Watson is known in the neighborhood for being the legendary “1st in the Universe” Principal at Ulysses Byas Elementary for over 20 years where she helped transform the lives of generations of children.
