On Saturday, December 6, Roosevelt Public Library played host to the residents of Roosevelt once again as they welcomed the 2025 holiday season with their annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Unlike past traditions, the ceremony this year was moved indoors so residents get some relief from the cold December air. Other festivities provided by the library included an ice skating rink held in the parking lot, gingerbread house decorating, “Papa and Mama Soul” Santa Photo booth, Christmas Tree Ornament decorating, and lastly some hot chocolate to warm all those holiday hearts.
